– Immediately after your order is successfully placed on Oncostore.md, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details to acknowledge receipt.
2. Pending Payment Email
– Next, you will receive a “Pending Payment” email. This email contains:
– The currency option you selected for payment.
– Detailed payment instructions corresponding to your chosen currency, including all relevant bank account details for that currency.
3. Payment Submission
– After making the payment, you must send your payment confirmation to us by one of the following methods:
– Message on WhatsApp (click the WhatsApp icon on our website homepage).
– Email the payment screenshot to info@oncostore-support.md.
– Alternatively, fill out the payment details form provided in the link included in the “Pending Payment” email.
– Our customer care team allows you to choose any of these convenient methods to share your payment proof.
4. Order Processing After Payment Confirmation
– Upon receipt and verification of your payment confirmation, our team will immediately begin processing your order.
– Within 1 to 2 days, you will receive an email with your tracking ID and shipping confirmation.

– Use the tracking ID and link provided in the shipping confirmation email or your account dashboard to monitor your package in real-time.
– Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking system (Indian Post) to update after shipment.
