How to Place an Order
Step 1: Log In to Your Account
Ensure you are logged in to your Oncostore account. If you don’t have one yet, please register first.
Step 2: Choose Your Products
– Browse product categories on the homepage or visit the Shop page to see all medicines.
– Use the search bar to find specific medicines by name or type.
– Featured products from multiple categories are also showcased on the homepage for quick selection.
Step 3: Add Products to Your Cart
– Select your desired product and click Add to Cart.
– Continue shopping or proceed to your cart.
Step 4: Review Your Cart
– Click on the cart icon to view your selections.
– Check quantities and ensure all items needed are included.
Step 5: Proceed to Checkout
– Enter delivery address and contact info.
– Add any special delivery instructions or notes if necessary.
Step 6: Choose Your Payment Currency
– Select from multiple currencies provided.
– Prices are in USD by default, but you can pay in your preferred currency (e.g., GBP, EUR).
– You’ll see the conversion and receive bank account details for direct bank transfer in that currency.
Step 7: Place Your Order
– After reviewing details and payment info, click Place Order.
Step 8: Payment & Confirmation
– A Pending Payment email with order and bank details is sent.
– After payment, confirm by:
– Messaging payment screenshot on WhatsApp (link on homepage), or
– Emailing info@oncostore-support.md, or
– Filling out the payment confirmation form linked in the email.
Step 9: Order Processing & Shipping
– After payment confirmation, your order is processed and shipped.
– Receive shipping confirmation and tracking ID within 1–2 days.
– Use the Track Your Order feature on the homepage to monitor your shipment.
